People & Experience Courtney Macchione Kathy Burns Lanny Bynum Pam Seagroves

Pam is a tax partner of Burns and Bynum. She serves a diverse client base, including real estate developers, contractors and physicians, as well as families and individuals.

All told, Pam has more than 17 years of tax experience, with specialized knowledge in individual, partnership and corporate taxation. Before joining Burns & Bynum, she served for several years as tax manager in the corporate tax department of a national health insurance company. She began her career in the audit group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She especially enjoys working with small- to medium-size businesses and individual clients in the areas of tax planning and compliance.

Pam graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.  She supports a range of community and charitable organizations, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Carying Place.  She has previously held officer positions in several other not-for-profit organizations, and is a member of the Rotary Club.
